You’re browsing at your own risk. We don’t promise the site is 100% error-free, but we promise the chocolate is chunky and real.

All content on this site is owned by us unless stated otherwise. Protected by copyright and trademark laws, so please don’t copy it without our say-so.

3. Privacy & Cookies

We use cookies to make your browsing smoother. We only use your info to serve you better (and maybe send you the occasional chunky temptation). See our full Privacy Policy for details.

4. Purchasing from Us

When you order, you’re basically offering to buy a bar of chunky chocolate- awesome! We’ll confirm your order via email (check that chunky junk if it doesn’t land within the day). If something goes wrong (say, we’re out of stock), we’ll let you know and refund you asap. 5. Shipping Rates

If you spend over £25 with us, we’ll cover your standard 48 hour Royal Mail shipping no probs. If you don’t want that much chocolate, or you need it a little faster, then these rates apply.

- 1st Class: £6.95 -
- 2nd Class: £3.99 -

Delivery timeframe: Processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, shipping 1–4 working days (depending on selected delivery service). 

International shipping: Not yet. Sorry, chocolate fans beyond the UK!

6. Damages, Returns & Refunds

Chocolate is perishable, so we can’t accept returns.

Got a damaged order? Please send us photos right away to hola@fatso.com. If we packed it wrong, we’ll refund your purchase (excluding shipping).

Refunds happen within 10 working days, via your original payment method.
