Sourcing exclusively from Luker Chocolate helps us back a truly sustainable cocoa future. They’re on an SBTi-approved path to reach net zero by 2050 and have already cut carbon emissions in chocolate production by 22% in 2024. Their climate-positive approach includes using cleaner energy, reducing water use, cutting emissions, and embracing circular practices. Most importantly, they invest in farmers, teaching sustainable growing methods that protect the land and support stronger communities for the long run.
Packaging
We partner with one of the most sustainability-driven packaging producers in the country, an expert team that’s shown us firsthand that packaging can deliver both style and substance. Our packs use FSC-certified materials and are printed with vegetable and even kelp® inks. Behind the scenes, our printer runs on renewable energy, uses power-efficient technology, and operates an alcohol-free press room supported by a water-filtration system that dramatically reduces waste.
They’re equally committed to nurturing the environment around them, with recycling programs that cut excess and even a wildflower meadow designed to support pollinators (and yes, it produces excellent honey).
Every part of their process is continuously reviewed to reduce carbon impact and exceed international sustainability standards, so every pack we create does better for the planet.
